If you saw yesterdays page, day 5 of hatching before 7:00pm, there were a few more photos and another movie added to the page.

Today in Kirkland Lake has to be the hottest day ever. Quoting from a dear friend, it's heavy out there! The babies are doing great, all four still going strong. It's getting easier to see what's in the nest as well.

I'm really not sure how they survived last night. The mosquitos were out there by the 1000's. Anything with blood should not of been outdoors last night without some protection! Those poor babies have hardly any feathers to hide their bare skin from them monsters!

Today is the day I feel the babies deserve to be named. Now if I remember who is who and what is male or female..well let's just not go there. So, for the first, I'd like to dub the first male Prince Chris, (rumour is, he wants to run for president and has a campaign in the making already). Next, Princess Sahara, a brave and beautiful princess of the porch. 3rd dubbing will be Sir Lancelot (Lance for short), a knight to fight off the mosquitos and last, but not least, Prince destiny to carry on the family name!

5:30pm It is pouring rain outside in these movies. You can hear the rain pounding the tin roof. I am starting think there might only be 3 babies though. I can't seem to cature the 4th one anymore. :(
